In these terms and conditions, User or Users means any third party that accesses the Website and is not either (i) employed by The Posting House and acting in the course of their employment or (ii) engaged as a consultant or otherwise providing services to The Posting House and accessing the Website in connection with the provision of such services.

1. All Content included on the Website, unless uploaded by Users, is the property of The Posting House,  our affiliates, or other relevant third parties. Booking

• You must ensure that the details provided by you at booking or at any time are correct and complete.
• You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provide when booking by updating us to ensure we can communicate with you effectively.
• We may suspend or cancel your booking with immediate effect for any reasonable purposes or if you breach these terms and conditions.
• You may cancel your booking 2 weeks prior to your stay in written notice by email and receive a refund of your deposit.
• Billing currency is in British Pounds
• The booking deposit is 20% of the booking to be received within 7 days of the booking date, if this is not received your booking will be canceled.
• Balance is to be received within 2 weeks of your arrival date.
• The breakage deposit of £150 will be returned within 2 weeks on the basis that there are no breakages left by the party using the accommodation.
• Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is before 10 am unless agreed otherwise with the owner of The Posting House.
